I read this book in August and STILL don’t have the words to convey how much I love this series. I have a hard time, every time, I need to write about Kennedy Ryan’s books because there are some artists who just are beyond words. There are good writers, there are even great writers and then there are writers that take things to another level, writers that break the fucking ceiling…that is the kind of writer Kennedy Ryan is, a lone wolf, a diamond among stones, a poet, a revolutionary wordsmith and the most brilliant writer of our time.
What can I say about STILL that has not already been said? It is all true, this is the MUST READ of the year! This is my favorite Contemporary series EVER. If you read anything at all, read FLOW, GRIP & STILL. STILL comes to us in the form of a romance book but it is so much more. A book told with such passion, it goes beyond heart & soul. A book that is brave, tough & strong. A book that will resonate in the recesses of your mind forever. A book that matters, a book that has changed the game, this book is a masterpiece. Kennedy Ryan is in a league of her own, and quite frankly, she always has been. I’m so glad that everyone else is FINALLY catching up to what I’ve known ever since her first book popped up on my kindle years ago. I look at her the way Grip looks at Iz in this story, like she hung the fucking moon, I savor every word she writes. Her stories reflect our time and she is not afraid to go where so many people are afraid to go. Her lyrical style is like no other, she takes us there with perfect prose and purpose, making us learn so much about ourselves in the process, this is literature. No one compares to this woman in Contemporary Romance today…She is the Queen. “Always. Evermore. Ever after. Still.”
