New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling author Alice Clayton brings her trademark blend of funny and sexy to this second contemporary romance in the brand-new Hudson Valley series!

Manhattan’s It Girl, Natalie Grayson, has it all: she’s a hot exec at a leading advertising firm, known industry-wide for her challenging and edgy campaigns. She’s got a large circle of friends, a family that loves her dearly, and her dance card is always full with handsome eligible bachelors. What else could a modern gal-about-town wish for? The answer, of course, is...cheese.

Natalie’s favorite part of each week is spending Saturday morning at the Union Square Farmer’s Market, where she indulges her love of all things triple cream. Her favorite booth also indulges her love of all things handsome. Oscar Mendoza, owner of the Bailey Falls Creamery and purveyor of the finest artisanal cheeses the Hudson Valley has to offer, is tall, dark, mysterious, and a bit oblivious. Or so she thinks. But that doesn’t stop Natalie from fantasizing about the size of his, ahem, milk can.

Romance is churning, passion is burning, and something incredible is rising to the top. Could it be...love?

creamreview

I was lusting after Oscar Mendoza since he grunted in Nuts, I couldn’t wait for his story.  After Alice told me at ABF that Oscar was molded from the gods of Jason Mimoa ala Game of Thrones, I was in love…

I didn’t want it to end!  Although Natalie was a bit brash, I loved her character and the soundtrack of her life.  She is a character many of us could relate to and learn from. She was fun, unapologetic for who she was and how she felt and slap you on the ass fantastic.

But that Oscar, oh that Oscar the Grouch, he was delicious. I felt like Natalie all tongue twisted and dreamy eyed every time he was on the page. I too wanted to eat him alive.  WHOA. I want more from Oscar and Nat, I haven’t had enough!

Cream of the Crop was perfect, yes PERFECT!  It was funny, it was sexy, it was everything. If only every book could be an Alice Clayton book!

“He fucking coached kids’ football.  I can’t even.” ~Nat

“Cross a bad boy with a supermodel, add a dash of linebacker with a big scoop of Polynesian love, and then you might, just might, have an appreciation for the wet dream across the market from me.” ~Nat

“Seeing you standing in my lone is the second best part of my Saturday,” he said taking another step. “What’s the first best part?” “Watching you walk away.”

“I’d come to realize that he was genuinely shy and reserved, which sometimes came across as…well…being an ass.”  (Just like MR.DARCY!!!! I can find Darcy everywhere!)

There are just too many swoony and sweet and sexy sentences that I might end up writing out the whole entire book!!
